Mass Media Manipulation Madness

There are so many people who believe everything they see on TV and take it as fact.  This is disturbing because all through history, mass media has almost always been in cahoots with the elite rulers.

People have said to me, well 9/11 couldn’t have been an inside job because someone would have spoken up and the media would expose it.  But would they?  What if people spoke up, but were silenced?  Here are two videos that might help those who don’t see the manipulation to open their eyes to actual reality.

George Zimmerman is the new Casey Anthony

Its spring.  Time for this years “BIG TRIAL SEASON” to begin.  It seems every year there is corporate media focus on at least one huge overblown trial.  It is always a divisive trial bidding the guilty crowd versus the not-guilty crowd, and the end of the trial is always an upset.  The media always gets behind the guilty verdict, painting the defendant as an evil person with extreme ill will.  Here in America, what the media spouts, soon becomes the mindset of the people.  They painted Casey Anthony as a murdering psychopath, she was found not-guilty and the whole country went ape-shit, only because she had already been tried in the court of “public opinion” which was really just the court of “corporate media brainwashing.”

This year with the whole George Zimmerman shooting Trayvon Martin thing, the media has already gotten well ahead of itself, painting a very disturbing picture for the months of litigation ahead.
First off, in order for the media to get the public “awww” factor, they show a picture of the 17 year old Trayvon from when he looks to be around 12 years of age, maybe younger:

That’s right, gold teeth, white tank, turns out this “kid” is 6’3″.  I am just pointing out how the media has twisted this whole situation by showing pictures of a 12 year old instead of showing pictures of a 17 year old where if HE was the one who was doing the shooting he would be tried as an adult.  But they want to pull at all the mothers’ heart strings with a picture of a young boy so as to make the 28 year old George Zimmerman seem like he is a coward and a vicious killer for shooting some cute little 12 year old boy.   HERE is a good article in the UK Daily Mail breaking it all down.

There were also all sorts of shenanigans on the TV networks such as NBC editing the 911 audio tape, making Zimmerman seem like a racist by editing out vital parts of the conversation.  Al Sharpton, who has his own show on MSNBC has taken it upon himself to make this a civil rights issue even though it really has nothing to do with race or the violation of anyone’s rights.  Here is a video of Jesse Jackson sneaking into a prayer that he will not stop his quest for justice until assault weapons are banned:

Jackson is saying that Trayvon is a “martyr.”  Doesn’t a martyr die for a cause?  I am not sure Trayvon had a cause in mind when he was shot.

Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson as well as the “New” Black Panther Party have made this a white vs. black issue.  Saying that George Zimmerman is a cracker and a white devil.  Only problem is, is that Zimmerman is HALF white, HALF hispanic.  Kind of like how Barack Obama is HALF white, and HALF black.  Zimmerman is just as much white as Sharpton and Jackson’s beloved “black” president.  The whole thing about race and this situation is that RACE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!   Yet, they have organized marches for racial equality, and hoodie awareness(because Trayvon was wearing a black hoodie pulled over his head, making himself seem suspicious to someone who didn’t know him personally), and marches all over the country in the name of “Justice for Trayvon.”  Sharpton and Jackson are race baiting to drive a wedge between the people of this country, in a year where an incumbent “black” president who is shredding the constitution is up against some rich white guy(supposedly, we’ll see, Ron Paul could still win it with Santorum dropping out, the evangelicals will NOT vote Romney).  They are expertly wielding influence over the very ignorant masses in the United States, it is a sad thing to watch unfold.

But no one knows what really happened.  There were neighbors who witnessed the event in question unfold and saw Trayvon on top of Zimmerman, slamming his head into the ground.  The news conveniently leaves those tidbits of information out of the discussion, because it doesn’t fit their narrative of Zimmerman being a cold-blooded-child-killer.   The trial that will ensue over the next few months will be a spectacle.

Since all of this started happening, now the Department of Justice has stepped into the fray, which is a BAD IDEA, not only is it not their jurisdiction to be meddling in a state run investigation, Attorney General Eric “OKC” Holder has PRAISED Al Sharpton for his good work.  Obviously Eric Holder likes the idea of dividing the people so that they can do some gun grabbing and pass some liberty smashing laws.  Hey Holder, I guess it beats staging a false flag terrorist attack, doesn’t it?  Let’s just take a random case of a concerned neighborhood watch confrontation gone wrong and turn it into a “Whites want to kill blacks” situation so that no one is looking at the real criminals, the people who have weaseled their way in to power.  If anyone should be in prison, it should be Eric Holder.

Those who are awake to this information and see the deception in the media and in society, it is our job to wake up the rest of the people, the clock is always ticking, every day the evil forces of the oligarchy take another step towards total control, the fact that I can post this shows they don’t have it quite yet.  Yes, we are surrounded by proles constantly, but the proles can be reached, they can be stirred by information and truth.  Because once you wake up to the cold hard facts of the deception, you don’t lose sight of them and are much tougher to manipulate.

Anyway, if you read this and disagree, I don’t care, you are just being manipulated by the machine and will never realize this sad truth.  The even sadder truth is that I am falling for it just as hard for even bringing it up to begin with.

In Memoriam: My Dear Cousin, Lindsay

Words cannot express the loss that I feel, the loss that my whole family feels.  My cousin Lindsay was a victim of a murder-suicide.  I cannot believe it.  Everyone is in a state of shock that is reverberating all over the city.

I had gotten off of work on Wednesday night at around midnight, I had several missed calls from my family, as well as a text message from a close friend saying “my condolences.”  Before I did anything I knew something was wrong.  It hit me like a ton of bricks right in the chest.  I called my mother and she was at the hospital and was just there with my aunt and uncle watching their daughter die.  She was 22.  This is the most disturbing thing I have ever experienced.  Someone dying in a car accident, I can understand that, but, murder?  How do you deal with that?   Especially a murder-suicide.  Where is the justice?  How can you get justice from this situation?  Her ex-boyfriend who was a 40+ year old doctor, followed her to her new boyfriend’s home all the way from Waterloo to Jesup which is a good 20 minute drive.  There was an altercation when she got out of the car and he shot her right in the chest, the shot himself in the chest.  There are a lot of reports that he had suffered a traumatic brain injury within the last several years or so and that he was not “all there.”  I don’t think that Lindsay was aware of this early on, otherwise this would have been a different story.

I’m glad this is getting worldwide attention. She deserves it.  Too bad it had to be under these circumstances.

Candlelight vigil in front of our old high school, something I missed out on

I was informed last night by her father than I will be a pall bearer in the funeral.  Something I have never done, never thought about doing, ever.  It seems only appropriate though, all of her male cousins carrying her body to its final resting place.  We are like her collective big brothers.  Her brothers, Joe and Chris had to come from different parts of the world, Joe from an Air Force base in Germany, Chris from an Air Force base in Idaho.  I cannot imagine what they are feeling.

Lindsay is someone who has just always been there as we all grew up.  I lived about a mile away from them and spent several youthful summers hanging out at their house.  Lindsay and I always had an understanding growing up, a mutual respect for each other, we never fought and I never took sides in sibling in-fighting at their home.  Just sat and observed the sometimes hilarious situations unfold.  Joe, Chris and Lindsay are all such interesting and influential characters in my life and these past few days of reflection have reaffirmed my intense love for all of them.  It is so sad to have to say goodbye to an essential part of our large family.  We all fit together like a puzzle, she was a vital piece that will never be replaced.  Lindsay was an overachiever, something I think she inherited from our grandfather who is an extreme overachiever, he was Mayor of our hometown, and a self-made millionaire, someone I suppose we all look up to and respect.

I still don’t think the enormity of the situation has hit me yet.  I suppose we are all going through stages of grief.  No one saw this coming obviously.  The news is turning the situation into a Facebook issue.  How he was stalking her via Facebook.  I think the bigger issue with Facebook is that many people close to Lindsay found out about her murder on Facebook.  Literally within minutes of it happening it was being reported on Facebook.

My biggest issue with this whole situation is why would they let a brain damaged person continue to work as a doctor?  There were obviously issues with his coping abilities and stress handling abilities.  This situation could have been averted.

Lindsay, if you can read this wherever you have found yourself, I just want you to know that you will be missed and I hope that wherever you are that you can feel the love and warmth that we as a family are projecting to you.  If you meet God, tell him thanks for life.  I am so glad that you were a part of my life Lindsay and you have left a mark on my life that will always be there.

An Interesting Interview on the Occult and the Illuminati with Sean Stone

If you look into some of the lectures of David Icke when he talks about the Reptilians and the inter-dimensional beings he says that they are called the Djinn or Genies.  So this kind of ties in with that whole theory.  Very Interesting!  It also ties in with my last post about public sacrifices.  There IS an occult society in control, they DO sacrifice children.  They do openly flaunt it under the guise of “news” and/or “entertainment.” But they are just doing public rituals and sacrifices to these Djinn or Demons or the Devil or whatever.

Public Sacrifices

If I had the time and energy and some sort of unlimited budget, I could research and document hundreds of cases of public sacrifice in the last 20 years or so.  We could talk recent celebrity sacrifices, where celebrities mysteriously die strange coincidental deaths.  Like Whitney Houston’s death about 24 hours before there was going to be a huge tribute to her at the Grammy Awards. Or Andrew Breitbart’s midnight March 1st death, hours before he was set to release a video of Obama in college fraternizing with known Communist terrorists, an event that he had hyped publicly several times previously saying something along the lines of “wait til March 1st.”  I would rather point out a better example of this happening because it doesn’t involve a celebrity.

Aliahna Lemmon, a missing 9 year old girl from Indianapolis,went missing 12/22/2011 and who’s body was found chopped up by a hacksaw after her neighbor confessed to her murder and told the police where the body could be found on 12/27.  Her neighbor, Michael Plumadore, who just happened to be babysitting her and her 2 younger sisters, said that he hit the girl over the head with a brick, enough times to kill her, then chopped up her body and hid parts of it in his freezer and places “around the trailer park.”  He was babysitting the kids because their father was sleeping during the day and had a third shift job and their mother had the flu.  He confessed to this murder after three interrogations after giving two “conflicting” stories. Plumadore initially said that the girl went missing suddenly in the middle of the night. He said he got up, the door was open, and the girl was gone.  OR SO THE STORY GOES….  Here is the FOX NEWS story.

Now, after doing a bit, I mean 5 seconds, of research, I came across a comment at the bottom of this page.  The story on that page is slightly different than what is on the Fox News page.  The comment at the bottom reads like this:

So, I read this comment, who labels themselves as “Somebodywhoknewthefamily” and I am thinking “Grandmother? Lived with a man? Leanne Lemmon?  AMBER STORY?”  What is this person going on about?  Why does it say so eloquently “is thios make believe time?”  So i put the words “amber story aliahna lemmons” into the search engine of choice and up popped this article written by The Seattle PI.  This article reveals a new twist to the story.   That the man who killed Aliahna was a friend of the family and that he had LIVED with her grandfather and cared for him until he died AND that they were living with him for a week.  Her mother had the flu for a WEEK?  This is a ridiculous story when it is all laid out, the media leaves out a lot of inconvenient facts.

But the story is actually not why I am concerned about this event.   It was the roll out of the story.  Here is an example, this is an article that came out the day before Plumadore confessed to the murder, it is an obvious continuation story or an update on the situation story, note this is CNN Headline News, and this is not the only story in mainstream press on this missing girl at this point, there were several articles that I saw discussing this missing girl throughout the weekend prior to his confession.  So as of that point they did not know that it was going to be a horrific murder story.  OR DID THEY?

Here is why I think this was a public sacrifice:

According to missingkids.com there are 800,000 children that go missing every YEAR.  58,000 are abducted by non-family members.  Also, the murder of an abducted child is a rare event, 100 estimated every YEAR.  So 100 out of 800,000 children a year are murdered by their abductors, that is pretty rare, less than a 1% chance, way less actually.  So what are the chances that a missing child that is found chopped up into tiny bits is the focal point of national attention on all major news outlets PRIOR TO discovering that it is a murder of such horrendous proportions.  I would say ABOUT A MILLION TO ONE.

The girl was killed on December 22, which is the day of the Winter Solstice or Yule.  So I looked that up and found this page with Occult Holidays, it says that December 22 is a day of Illuminati sacrifice, Satanic, Luciferian sacrifice.

So we have a mass roll out of a missing girl story which gets people attached to a character, it gets people concerned, then less than a week later we have a confession and a brutally murdered girl story(which came out on the 27th day, a holy number in the mystery religions, it’s prime and equals 9 in numerology 2+7) and she was murdered on 12/22/2011(also 1+2/2+2/2+0+1+1 = 3/4/4 = 11, so we got 9&11 dundundunnnnnn..) the day of sacrifice.  That’s mostly the paranoia speaking there.  But seriously….

The mass roll out is the kicker for me.  Why would they hype this one missing girl over any of the other roughly 14,000 missing kids each week?  The guy Plumadore could have easily been a part of a satanic cult, a low level minion perhaps, he did go to prison, that kind of stuff is probably readily available to people that have been in prison, you can make connections or deals there. Or he could have been blackmailed to confess to the murder, or he supplied the child, the girl was living with him for an entire week at that point, someone could have either inquired or threatened him if they found out about a seemingly inconsequential poor girl living with him.   Plumadore LIVED with the girl’s grandfather, who was a known child molester, and a prison buddy(and fellow child molester) of the grandfather introduced him to Plumadore, that is why he was living with and taking care of the grandfather a month before and for years prior to the old man dying on 12/3.  So the grandfather could have been a member of the occult as well and brought Plumadore in, the minions are always some sort of child molester(i.e. think of all the priests who molested kids, you think that many just COINCIDENTALLY were doing that?).

The Occult Religions also RUN the media, but that is a different story all together(look up FOX = 666).  Here is another good example of the Occult in the media:

They hyped up this missing girl on TV all Christmas weekend, when everyone is watching, so that they could emotionally traumatize the country right after the cheery holidays.  That is the point of the sacrifice, emotional trauma on a mass scale.

Here is a good video to watch if you have an hour or so to watch, it is about a child sacrifice ring in Los Angeles, run by teachers at a school, as told by the Former Head of the FBI in Los Angeles.

DOWN with Chris Hayes

So I just sat and watched “UP w/ Chris Hayes”, on MSNBC’s Saturday morning cartoons, talk about how the government should end the drug war.   Now, prior to this he did a long segment on how Rick Santorum is a horrible extremist because of his religious beliefs.  I am not a Santorum supporter, but I also don’t think he is an extremist.  He is more of a bought out tool for the New World Order, as is Hayes.

Anyway, Hayes and his cronies as well as a former police officer, talked about how horrible the drug war is and how prohibition does not work and has never worked, bringing up alcohol prohibition and the violence related, as well as the current violence involved in the current drug war.   One thing that they failed to mention or bring up at this opportune time was RON PAUL.   Ron Paul is the only candidate for president who opposes the federal “war on drugs” as well as most things the government declares “war” on.  Hayes brought up Santorum who is avidly PRO-drug war as is his champion Barack Hussein Obama.  But never once did he mention Ron Paul, who is running for president and who agreed with everything that Hayes and his “panel” said about the war.   This is a disgrace.  I see myself as a watchdog.  I watch the enemy, the mainstream press.  I get more and more angry every time I turn on the television.  They are doing this on purpose.  This kind of segment should have at least brought up the fact that Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that agrees with their anti-drug war stance.  Yet they bring up everyone, including the president, but not Ron Paul.   This shows they are truly scared of Ron Paul.

This guy Chris Hayes is someone they put on TV for the liberal “intellectuals” to relate to(sorry for the oxymoron), he wears thick rimmed glasses, talks fast and uses big words to impress people.   He is a traitor and should be treated as such.  Anyone who is actively participating in the media blackout of Ron Paul is a traitor to the people and to the Constitution.

The only place this guy will go in life is straight to the top of the British military.  His brother, Prince William, will be king, and Harry will reside over the fighting force.  This is some crazy shit.  If they implement martial law, Harry will be in charge.  Plus, they were kids when their mother was killed, that probably screwed them up mentally somehow.  Not to mention the whole being “royal” thing.  This is all just speculation really.

How The Internet Spreads Ideas (And Why The System Wants To Stop the Anarchy of the Web)

The internet is the best example of an Anarchic state that exists, it is almost totally free and almost everyone in the world has access to it in one form or another.  On most internet sites(blogs, vlogs, news, etc), there has been an effort to incorporate message board style comment sections at the bottom of every page.    It is a way for people to express their opinion freely, without censorship, and without threat of physical retaliation, in relative anonymity.  Youtube is a good example of this because every video that is posted has a comment section.  It is what makes the internet great, IMO.   It is also a way for novel ideas and important messages to be spread without the filter of the mainstream corporate owned press.  The corporate owned press usually tries to capitalize on new ideas and messages OR they try and destroy and skew the message.

Take the Ron Paul campaign for instance.  The media repeatedly uses the term “isolationist” when describing Ron Paul.  Now, Ron Paul has repeatedly corrected the misnomer of isolationism with his actual stance of “non-interventionist” which is actually way different.  But since the media is owned by military interests, they cannot have his actual message be told so they continue to mislabel Dr. Paul as someone who wants to force the country into a walled in isolated country.  They do this so that the brainwashed public that trusts the corporate media unflinchingly, and do no actual research themselves, will think that Ron Paul is a horrible despicable man.   This leaves it up to the internet to spread his ideas.
One of the best ways ideas are spread via the internet is the idea of “top comments”.  If enough people have the same mindset they bump up  comments they all agree with, say a comment on Ron Paul’s foreign policy of trade among all nations, enemies with none.  That comment with enough votes, which requires a certain amount of people with the same mindset, can be positioned right underneath the video on Youtube.  One thing I know that I always do at the very least  is read the top comments.

Now if I was someone who didn’t know anything about Ron Paul I could look at that top comment that says something like “Ron Paul isn’t an isolationist, he wants to trade with all nations and not be a military state but a prosperous trading country that attempts to lift all countries to prosper”, I would think what is this all about.  It would force me to question what I knew from the corporate whore media.  The result would be, more often than not, someone who is now open to that idea, maybe that person would go so far as to actually becoming a Ron Paul supporter based on that comment alone.  If it were me and my constant curiosity, I would find some good Youtube videos that showed the contrast between the candidates and I would see what Ron Paul was saying in a new light, without the preconceptions that the media has implanted subconsciously.  It is that kind of comment that snaps someone out of their trance even for a second.  This effect can snowball, because that is one more person then that will vote up those comments, and so the likelihood of those types of comments reaching the top comment area becomes one vote greater, and yeah, like I said, it will snowball, the process can repeat.  That is why Ron Paul has such a MASSIVE internet following, is because that kind of awakening is happening on a massive scale.   Also Trolls become less prominent when there are people there to point them out.  Most Troll accounts disable comments and disable ratings so that they cannot be outed as trolls pushing misinformation. (here is a good example of a Troll site http://www.youtube.com/user/DrWrongPaul )  Although Trolling is a relative matter, a Troll to one person could be an anti-Troll to someone else.  There are indeed Ron Paul Trolls, as in people who just leave comments like “RP 2012!!!!” and that’s it.  That I suppose is more or less just spamming a slogan, but to a Romney-ite, that is seen as a major Trolling offense.

Mitt Romney or Newt Gingrich impersonation

One thing I can for sure say about Gingrich, Romney or Santorum supporters, they either don’t use the internet, or don’t use the internet for anything but mindless BS and don’t go anywhere near politics forums.  If they do go to internet forums about politics and see Ron Paul supporters, a good chunk of them will immediately brush off any comments that make even a tiny bit of sense to them because they don’t support “their” candidate, they may even see them as Trolls.  Some, however, will be able to be swayed just by people bringing up the facts about their candidate and whittling down reasons they should support them leading to them eventually coming to Ron Paul and what those of us who are awake have come to see as common sense positions.
With the new SOPA and PIPA bills now on the back-burner, they are not dead bills, just not going to be voted on for now, they will be a factor in the future I assure you, we have a little time to get the word out and wake people up.   The powers that be are trying to censor and control what is being said on the internet because it is helping bring on a mass awakening.  If the awakening reaches the police and the military it is game over for the world controllers because people will know what is up.
While yes, the internet is probably being used as a mass surveillance of the population and no doubt that is what it’s intended purpose is, but for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction and the opposite reaction of mass surveillance is mass awakening and light being shed on those who survey the web.   So to those who are surveying us and picking out the dissent so you can weed us out later.  GOOD FUCKING LUCK!  You will have a hard time and will ultimately be defeated.

The first thing you notice when you start listening to TMBG, is that the lyrics are bizarre, they don’t write songs that go along with the so called norm in today’s pop/rock music.  In my close decade long study of this band I have noticed some main themes that have become apparent as I have aged and become awake to the reality of the world.  They write thickly(sometimes thinly) veiled songs about politics, the occult, mind control, and the ironies of life.  I feel that they are trying to wake people up through this, to say that they are genius is a great understatement.  The imagery and metaphors used are sometimes so deep that it is hard to put into simple terms, like a word in a different language that has no translation into English, you just cannot fully explain without having an epiphany, a new thought.   I have heard John Linnell talk about how the songs are about nothing but I think that is a distraction.  I read lyric interpretations that see things on a surface level but a lot of people don’t see the obvious metaphor.  Almost every song has several layers to peel back and reveal another deeper meaning.  I think you can gauge how many dimensions a person can think based on their interpretations of TMBG lyrics.  I could easily write a book on each album and the main theme of each album broken down song by song and as a whole.   I will do a very shoddy analysis of possibly my favorite album of theirs “Flood.”

“Flood” to me overall is an album describing the looming darkness and decline of society, packaged in an array of quirky pop songs.

1. “Theme From Flood”
Why is the world in love again?
   Why are we marching hand in hand?
   Why are the ocean levels rising up?
   Its a brand new record for 1990
   They Might Be Giants’ brand new album Flood.

This song just asks questions. The imagery they portray, the world in love again, everyone marching hand in hand.  The world as a whole at peace, everyone marching hand in hand, a sign of solidarity, something done in protests and in demonstrations.  Protests against who?  Maybe we’ll find out. The ocean levels rising up?  A sign of earth changes?  People waking up before the end times.

2. “Birdhouse in Your Soul.”

I’m your only friend
I’m not your only friend
But I’m a little glowing friend
But really I’m not actually your friend
But I am

Blue canary in the outlet by the light switch
Who watches over you
Make a little birdhouse in your soul
Not to put too fine a point on it
Say I’m the only bee in your bonnet

It’s a simple message and I’m leaving out the whistles and bells

Which stood on rocky shores and kept the beaches shipwreck free

After killing Jason off and countless screaming Argonauts

Like guardian angels its always near

On the surface the song seems like it is about a canary night light(the ancestor on the shore being a lighthouse), but looking deeper into the song it can be interpreted as a song about hope.   There is an Emily Dickinson poem that goes something like “Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul”, if I recall correctly John Linnell is a fan of Dickinson.  Taking that into consideration the song takes a whole different outlook.  Saying “make a little birdhouse in your soul” is like saying keep hope in your heart.  Because hope, like a little bird, can be dashed against the rocks very quickly, so make a safe place for hope.  The Jason and the Argonauts reference is actually a reference to the Clashing Rocks story where Jason flies a dove through rocks that are crashing together at random smashing ships that try to pass through them, the dove makes it through and so does Jason and his ship.  So that ancestor referenced is the dove, the dove is a symbol of peace.  The concept of Peace is the ancestor/prerequisite of Hope, as in there is no peace now so we have to hope for peace.  This song is basically saying keep hope for peace in your heart/soul because it is the only light in the looming darkness of the world ahead.

3.  Lucky Ball & Chain
I lost my lucky ball & chain
Now she’s four years gone
Just five feet tall and sick of me
And all my rattling on
She threw away her baby-doll
I held on to my pride
But I was young and foolish then
I feel old and foolish now

Confidentially —
she never called me baby-doll

But now I rock a bar stool

just pondering this time bomb in my mind

I lost my lucky ball & chain
Now she’s four years gone
Just five feet tall and sick of me

She walked away from a happy man
I thought I was so cool
I just stood there whistling
“There goes the bride” as she walked out the door
“There goes the bride” as she walked out the door

I could shake my tiny fist
and swear I wasn’t wrong
But what’s the sense in arguing
when you’re all alone?
Sure as you can’t steer a train
you can’t change your fate
And when she told me off that day
I knew I’d lost my home

But this railroad apartment
was the perfect place
when she’d sit and hold me in her arms

This song on the surface is about a break-up.  But to go with the overall theme of the album it is about the ever bending view of relationships and marriage as the generations pass.  The time bomb in his mind, sooner or later his head will explode, but from what?  Suicide?  Today’s culture does not promote monogamy but our heart yearns for someone to share life with.  He talks about how great she was but confidentially saying well maybe she wasn’t all that great but I miss her and would have married her.  The train references possibly alluding to being homeless and wandering, out of luck.  Desperate.  Can’t change fate, this was inevitable.
The other angle that I see is a man is imprisoned and, is let out. His daughter when he went to jail was a baby, or very young, when he gets out she is four years gone, or older,”she threw away her baby doll” outgrew it, “five feet tall and sick of me” sick of him because he keeps rattling on about prison or him trying to be a parent and she hasn’t seen him for years so she doesn’t like him around because she is not used to having both parents, or just upset.  Also drinking for two could mean he is drinking double what he should because he is depressed about his daughter not wanting to see him.   The wedding reference could mean he is thinking about her wedding in the future and is sad because he might not see it.   This is by far my favorite song.  The bridge, “I could shake my tiny fist and swear I wasn’t wrong” seems like it is from a different angle like from the point of view of the little girl, her dad was all she had, “whats the sense in arguing when you’re all alone?”  This is one way they are stealing children and molding them is when they throw people in jail, there are more people in jail now than ever because there are more types of crimes now than ever.  The molding of children by the state and popular culture creates a ticking time bomb of tyranny.

4.  Istanbul (Not Constantinople)
Istanbul was Constantinople

Why did Constantinople get the works?
That’s nobody’s business but the Turks

Obviously a cover song, but why this song?  I think the song answers that question:  Why did Constantinople get the works?  Why is it now Istanbul?  A new culture took over, Islam.  The war of religions.  This could possibly be referencing the rise of Islam as a contender to the western world.  A place was once occupied by one culture and another culture came in and took over, by force.   Things change over time, they aren’t the way they used to be, we can’t go back we have to push on.

5. Dead

“Dead” seems to be describing three different but related situations.  Returning a bag of groceries, giving them a second chance before they are thrown away, then reincarnating as that same bag as they are taken off the shelf before they expired.  This song features the GOLDEN RULE, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, because maybe they ARE you.   There is a scene of an execution of someone who is really really hated obviously because of the people dancing on his casket, someone who did nothing good for anyone, a disgraceful human being that gets disgraced, do unto others.  The grocery reference also applies to a worthless existence, the groceries were returned but they weren’t bad, they were just there, they had potential but were thrown away, much like throwing life away, like having nothing to do or no goals just living and making everyone else do things for you, possibly a reference to a tyrant, saying someone lazy and living off of someone else shamelessly is the same as someone who is an evil tyrant, they just have their eyes closed so they can’t see that is what they are doing.  This song could be referencing the lazy people in society, the leeches.  Burdening those who are striving for a meaningful existence, holding them down much like a tyrant holds down everyone.  This song is describing the setting.  Also those who are non-productive in the eyes of a tyrannical society are a lot of times the first ones to be victims of genocide.

6.  Your Racist Friend

This is where the party ends

I know politics bore you
But I feel like a hypocrite talking to you

It was the loveliest party that I’ve ever attended
If anything was broken I’m sure it could be mended
My head can’t tolerate this bobbing and pretending
Listen to some bullet-head and the madness that he’s saying

Out from the kitchen to the bedroom to the hallway
Your friend apologizes, he could see it my way
He let the contents of the bottle do the thinking
Can’t shake the devil’s hand and say you’re only kidding

The references to party and politics, this is where the party ends, possibly the formation of a new party or a new set of ideas because the old party is getting some offensive ideas and the person “hosting” the party is obviously rich and is influential.  Racism is a tool of dividing and conquering, a way to split people not to bring them together.  Can’t shake the devil’s hand, an occult reference, the racist friend is promoting an agenda, maybe a genocidal agenda, a bullet head, someone who is speaking madness.  Someone who is adding to the looming darkness and possibly promoting it.  A warmonger.  This could be a prophetic view of how the Tea Party originally formed, anti-war anti-big government anti-elitists.  The new party formed is the resistance.

Is he depressed or is he a mess?
Does he feel totally worthless?
Who came up with person man?

This is a song that talks about the occult.  The triangle man, stands for the Illuminati, the pyramid.  Particle man can be a reference to science, or scientists.  The Illuminati hates the truth, the world around them is all particles they are aimed at destroying it and they are succeeding in holding back the truth and the deep thoughts, does water get him instead?  Nobody knows.  They are the destroyers of knowledge.  Universe man is God, he cannot be held down, he is around a long time and everyone is a part of him, maybe even saying that the universe IS him as in the galaxies are just particles that make up this giant Universe man, when the hands all meet its a happy land, the millennium.  Person man is the regular guy who is down on his luck and Triangle Man holds him down, person man fights him but triangle man still wins.  The main point of this is to illustrate the occult in simple almost child-like terms.

8. Twisting

This is about a woman who wants to hurt someone so bad that they kill themselves, she wants to see you twisting in the wind as in hanging by your neck.  This could be a microcosm of the same theme with relationships covered in “Lucky Ball and Chain”, just a view from another perspective, kind of a reply to that song.   She’s not your satellite, as in her life doesn’t revolve around you so stop trying to impress her and make her feel good because she is out of here.  This is a John Flansburgh song and he writes a lot of love/break up songs while using ironic word play:  “She wants to see you again” as in she wants you back, BUT she wants to see you slowly twisting…. in the wind.   Not too deep of a song.  But still dark and disturbing, the music makes this song what it is.

9. We Want A Rock

A rock to wind a string around

“We Want A Rock” is arguably the most political song on the album.  The opening line is reminiscent of the story “Harrison Bergeron” by Kurt Vonnegut.  Where was I?  Something is distracting me so I can’t process an entire thought.  If I was smart I would save up for a rock to wind a string around.  What does that symbolize?  Well some people have speculated that it means wanting a pet rock, but thinking a little bit deeper it means wanting a weapon of some sort.  Weapons are used for recreation as well as self defense.  Everyone wants a self defense weapon.  Throw the crib door wide, open the prison doors for the people too adolescent to be able to defend themselves.  The “adults” will save you from yourself.  Someone is trying to burn the playhouse down, or an outside threat is coming, and we need to save you by taking what you would use to protect yourself from that outside threat, because it might get into the wrong hands.  The same goes with prosthetic foreheads or helmets.  The people want helmets to protect themselves from the rocks that they cannot get that only the criminals have, so if we cannot have the rock with the string around it we want the prosthetic forehead to protect us from the rock.  But alas, open the jails and throw everyone who wants a prosthetic forehead in jail because they shouldn’t use it.  Someone’s trying to burn your forehead down otherwise stated as trying to kill you or stop your brain which is in your forehead.  This is a very Orwellian song.  Big brother is the unmentioned character in this song.  If you view their songs as riddles, which are just puzzles with a missing piece that makes it a whole.  To get the whole story of a TMBG song you have to figure out what they aren’t mentioning, the piece of the puzzle that is intentionally left out to make a point.
